Spend three days pampering your inner wellbeing at one of Canada’s most picturesque lakefront historic properties. You will enjoy daily yoga, meditation and cooking classes. In between classes, we will chat wellness, food and how to be your most blissed self.
During our 3 days together, you will indulge in:
- Six different types of yoga (sunset, chair, yin, restorative, balance, hip/shoulder mobility)
- Six different meditation styles (walking meditation, yoga nidra, garden meditation, meditation with light, asana meditation and healing meditation)
- Wellness discussions in the gazebo overlooking the lake
- Relaxing evening release sessions in the hot tub overlooking the lake
All organic plant-based meals for retreat guests are provided for, which means you will enjoy a morning coffee before sunrise yoga on the pier, as well as breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The specific wellness discussion topics will be based on the interests of those attending as Marla can cater the workshop pieces to you all directly.
Retreat Lead: Marla Barr is the owner of Bliss Body Wellness, a Wellness Coach and Yoga teacher with over 20 years of experience with food science, human nutrition and healthy aging. She is a Chartered Herbalist, and holds training in Reiki, Reflexology, Ayurvedic Healing and Yoga. Marla recently moved back to Canada with her family after living in San Diego, CA for over a decade and can be found on Instagram @BlissBodyWellness.
